1. Who we are
This website is run by TecStones LLC ("TecStones", "we", "us"). If you have a question about your data, write to info@tecstones.com.
2. The short version
We collect what you type into our contact form, and we use it only to answer you. Beyond that, the site only counts visits and sent messages, without identifying you. We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. We don't use tracking cookies.
3. What we collect through the contact form
When you send the contact form, we receive:
- Your name, email address and the service you're interested in (required)
- Your message (required)
- Your country, your company name and your current website, if you give them
- Your project stage, timeline and budget range, if you choose them
- How you heard about us, and who referred you, if you tell us
- Your preferred way of being contacted (for example email, phone or a messaging app), which is always sent and is email unless you choose another, and the number or username for it, if you give one
We ask you not to put passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the form.
4. How we use it
We use your details to read your request, reply to you, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and follow up about your project. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't send you marketing unless you ask us to. We handle this data because you asked us to get in touch, and to answer you before any contract.
5. Spam protection
To stop spam, the site limits how many messages can be sent from one connection in an hour. For this it turns your IP address into a scrambled code and keeps only that code, for up to an hour. Neither the code nor the IP address is stored with your message. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
6. Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics to count page visits and see which pages are useful. It also counts how many contact messages are sent, and which service each one is about, without anything you typed. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you personally. We only see totals, such as how many people visited a page.
9. How long we keep it
We keep your contact details and message as long as we need them to answer you and follow up on your request. If you ask us to delete them, we do.
10. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you the data we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
Write to info@tecstones.com. We'll answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Security
We keep your data with providers that use encrypted connections and access controls, and only our team can see contact requests. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you send us.
12. Children
This site is meant for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 16.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
