Every project includes a support period after launch. If you want ongoing maintenance and improvements after that, we quote it separately.

Yes. We usually split payment into milestones: project start, design approval, end of the build and launch.
We tell you how the change affects time and cost, and we update the quote before we do the work.
Process
Five steps: Discovery, Design, Build, Launch and Scale. Each step ends with something you can see and approve.
It depends on the scope. A simple website takes 2–4 weeks. Larger sites and web apps take 6–8 weeks or more.
We send regular updates by email or the channel you prefer, and show you progress every week.
We watch how everything runs and fix any issues during the support period. After that, ongoing work is quoted separately.
Technical
Yes. Every site gets a clean page structure, page titles and descriptions, structured data and fast load times, so search engines can read it well.
We check every form input, use HTTPS everywhere, keep secret keys off the page and keep software up to date.
Yes. Every website works on phones, tablets and desktops, and we test it on all three.
Yes. We review what you have, tell you what we'd keep or change, and then build on it.
